What do you check before sending a lead?
Before we send a lead we check the phone number is a valid UK number, the email address accepts mail, the postcode exists, and it is not a repeat of an enquiry we sold in the last 30 days. The answers about the home are the person's own; we do not verify them.

Can I choose my postcodes?
Yes. You set the postcode areas or districts you cover and a daily, weekly or monthly cap, and you can pause or change either at any time.

What if a lead is no good?
You can return a lead within 7 days if, for example, the person cannot be reached by phone or email, says they never made the enquiry, or is outside your area. Accepted returns are credited against your next invoice.

How am I billed?
