Whether the person has off-street parking, whether they own an electric car, have one on order or are still deciding, what kind of property it is, whether they own it and when they want the charger fitted.

Do you only send homeowners?
Every enquiry says whether the person owns the home. You can return a lead where the person is not the owner or decision-maker for the work and said so.

What do you check before sending a lead?
Before we send a lead we check the phone number is a valid UK number, the email address accepts mail, the postcode exists, and it is not a repeat of an enquiry we sold in the last 30 days. The answers about the home are the person's own; we do not verify them.

Can I choose my postcodes?
Yes. You set the postcode areas or districts you cover and a daily, weekly or monthly cap, and you can pause or change either at any time.

What if a lead is no good?
You can return a lead within 7 days if, for example, the person cannot be reached by phone or email, says they never made the enquiry, or is outside your area. Accepted returns are credited against your next invoice.

How am I billed?
Per lead, invoiced monthly for the leads you had that month. There is no retainer and no minimum term.
