Cookie policy
What this website stores on your device, why, and how to change your mind.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser, and similar technologies such as local storage do the same job. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others measure how the site is used or support advertising. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) says we must ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.
How we ask
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Nothing other than strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose. The two choices carry equal weight: “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”, and you can pick categories under “Customise”. We record your choice, and when you made it, so that we can show we asked.
We also tell Google’s tools about your choice through Google Consent Mode. Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives no cookies and no identifiers from your visit.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. Your browser also lets you delete cookies and block them; its help pages explain how. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the pricing form, from working.
What we use
The table below is generated from a scan of this site and updated automatically when anything changes. Strictly necessary cookies are set without asking; everything else waits for your choice.
Analytics cookies
These are set only after you accept analytics cookies.
- _ga: set by Google Analytics to tell one visitor from another. It lasts two years.
- _ga_BRFYJPEPMT: set by Google Analytics to keep track of your visit for our Google Analytics property. It lasts two years.
- lmg_attr: our own cookie. It records how you first and last arrived at the site, such as the campaign link, the website you came from and the page you landed on, and the guides you read, so that if you send us a pricing enquiry we know which of our pages and campaigns led to it. It is not shared with anyone else, lasts 90 days, and is deleted if you later reject analytics cookies.
Google Tag Manager
We load Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tags on the site. It sets no cookies of its own. It runs Google Analytics only when you have accepted analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or personalisation cookies on this site.
