Yes. Each enquiry is sold to one business only and is not sold to anyone else.

Do you only send homeowners?
Every enquiry says whether the person owns the home. You can return a lead where the person is not the owner or decision-maker for the work and said so.

Can I buy solar leads by postcode?
Yes. You set the postcode areas or districts your surveyors cover, and we only send enquiries inside them.

What do you check before sending a lead?
Before we send a lead we check the phone number is a valid UK number, the email address accepts mail, the postcode exists, and it is not a repeat of an enquiry we sold in the last 30 days. The answers about the home are the person's own; we do not verify them.

What if a lead is no good?
You can return a lead within 7 days if, for example, the person cannot be reached by phone or email, says they never made the enquiry, or is outside your area. Accepted returns are credited against your next invoice.

How am I billed?
