For damp-proofing specialists, Property Care Association (PCA) members, ventilation installers fitting PIV and MVHR, and insulation firms who want to know when we can supply.

When we supply them, each enquiry will come from Home Energy Quotes, our sister site for homeowners, and say what kind of damp it is, how many rooms it affects, whether the person wants a damp survey, roughly when the home was built and when they want the work done. They will come from homeowners and private landlords only, never from tenants. We have not set a price yet, so we are not selling damp and mould leads at the moment. If that changes, this page will say so, and we will tell anyone who has registered interest.

Can I buy damp and mould leads from you now?
No. We are not supplying damp and mould leads at the moment, and we have not set a price for them yet.

Do you sell tenant damp leads?
No. Damp in a rented home is for the landlord to put right, so we never sell a damp or mould enquiry from a tenant. These leads will come from homeowners and private landlords only.

What will each enquiry tell me?
What kind of damp it is (condensation or black mould, rising damp or penetrating damp), how many rooms it affects, whether the person wants a damp survey, roughly when the home was built, their postcode and when they want the work done. The answers are the person's own; we do not verify them.

Where will you start?
We expect to start in the North West, where 22.9% of homes were built before 1919, against 19.9% across England (Council Tax: stock of properties, 2026).

Will you tell me if that changes?
Yes, if you register interest. Before you buy anything we will tell you what we can supply and at what price.

What do you supply now?
Solar and battery, boiler and heat pump, window and door, insulation and EV charger leads, each sold to one business only.
